When you book a call, email us, or fill in a form (on this site or in an ad), we collect what you give us: usually your name, company, work email, phone number and details about the software you use. Our site analytics count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Only to reply to you, schedule and run calls, and quote or deliver the work you ask for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to anyone else's list.
Only the services we use to run the business, such as our email, scheduling and analytics providers, and only as needed to do the above. If a partner referred you, we may tell them whether you became a client so they can be paid.
Records you send us for an assessment or migration are covered by our written agreement with you. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, limited to the people doing the work, and deleted on the schedule you choose.
